Biography

Hey y’all! My name is Ashley Kailey, and I’m excited to serve as the Student Wellness and Recreation Coordinator at the University of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.

I proudly hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø (Go Dawgs!) and a Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Integrative Wellness from Point Loma Nazarene University.

As a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Community Health Worker, I am all about promoting holistic health and creating programs that boost student wellness. I’m dedicated to a whole-person approach, helping people build sustainable habits that improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.Ìý

It brings me joy to contribute to local outdoor recreation organizations and wellness events throughout Beaverhead County. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors with family and friends, snowboarding, cycling, running, floating, hiking, and camping, to name a few.Ìý
