800 – COMMUNICATIONS AND FUNDRAISING POLICIES
800.1 Foundation Fundraising
ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Foundation and Development Office for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø are responsible for coordinating all approved fundraising activities conducted for the benefit of the University. The Executive Director of the UMW Foundation, in consultation with the Foundation Board and UMW Chancellor, approves University fundraising activities.
800.2 University Communications Policy
State law mandates that all publications produced by a State agency (the University of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) be handled through established channels. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s office of News & Publications has procedural responsibility for quality and consistency in University publications and printing. Ultimate authority for University publications is vested in the Office of the Chancellor.
